Since we didn’t have Roy for the last outing (having the sumptous and delectable food and all), we should all meet up soon….again. What transpired from the conversation today was that we will either have chappati at little india or halal ba kut teh. See you guys soon

And may this always be the case for us (Sorry MX – we’ll do another one with you next time yah?)

I’ve been unable to post up the bus info from the Orchard SVC to the attractions… so i’ll have to leave it to someone more acquainted with web programming to do it :p  I’ve also realised that hosting up all the photos that we’ve taken is a slightly painstaking and tedious task… but I’m more than willing to consolidate all the photos and burn it onto a CD for us.  I’ve got SJ’s ones – can we bring our personal ones tomorrow?

I just woke up! It’s almost 1300h! I can’t believe I slept in until so late :p Working the 1715 – 0215 shift is no joke siah. By the time I got home and went to bed, it was past 0300h liao…
Mx and I did t1t yesterday. We burnt a few calories walking around, met quite a few interesting people, were told more interesting stories by an even more interesting person, and were treated to dinner at this “secret” eating place (thanks a & j!). Quite fun lah

i know this a bit of back-dated entry, but this is something that we enjoyed a few days ago….

hope this will allow us, to one day (many many years ago – when we are all wearing our dentures), to sit back and rekindle the ‘good old days’.

*ps: yey – paiseh, i just copy and paste from my own blog – so, hope u guys dun mind the pictures.

2nd day of induction begins with a breakfast treat       it is interesting to note this: most of the chinese owned shops have hindu god pictures hang on the way and vice versa…. we even went to the wet market at Tek Kah …. there is a story to this building. this is the gateway. and they are constructed to look like a pair of choppers. such that they will get away all competitiors. and they have been doing rather well untilll the chopping board came about. seems like a lot of buildings have got fengshui master advice. just a matter of who is more powerful. this is the backyard of the shop above. this is the only part i like about the shop. not really into antiques and toys…. the house where Fann Wong and Family reside in the previous 9pm show. it’s actually a muslim museum. the building beside that museum offering buffet, but no one comes.. coz no one noes… and finally comes lunch…. haha at Zam Zam – Bugis. thru out the dae, we took City Buzz which is a SBS service that offer a loop around the major ethic areas. shall have the map scanned and posted so that more of U guys can make use of the service.
